Quick answer: Amsterdam Dance Event 2026 runs from Wednesday 21 to Sunday 25 October. We recommend choosing your priority events before booking tickets: ADE takes place across the city, with separate organisers and venues. A Pro Pass combines conference and festival access, but capacity limits mean it does not guarantee entry to every party.
ADE 2026 dates and how the event works
The official ADE website confirms 21–25 October for its 30 YEARS ADE edition. It is a city-wide programme of electronic music, professional sessions and cultural events, rather than one enclosed festival ground with a single entrance.
For a short trip, we suggest choosing one main event per evening and treating other activities as optional. That leaves room for dinner, travel and rest. If you plan to stay out on Sunday night, check the event’s actual finish time before booking a Monday departure.

The official ticket page separates the Pro Pass from individual festival tickets, which are sold by event organisers. Start with the ticket link on your chosen ADE listing. Compare the final checkout total and conditions; there is no useful single price that represents every ADE night.
ADE describes Pro Pass festival access as subject to venue capacity. If one event is the reason for your trip, consider its individual ticket rather than relying on pass-holder capacity. Check admission windows and house rules as well: buying a ticket does not remove a venue’s entry conditions.
Conference passes and personal accreditation
According to the ADE FAQ, there are no conference-only or day passes for ADE Pro. The Pro Pass is personal, requires personalisation and must be collected by its holder with ID or a passport. Complete your profile and follow the collection instructions sent for your pass.
ADE Lab On Track is a separate academy programme. Its ticket does not itself grant entry to the Pro Conference. Check its current application information before building your itinerary around it. Do not confuse a conference session, a selected learning programme and a separately ticketed club event.
Age limits and choosing your venues
ADE’s FAQ says most festival events are 18+, with some setting 21+ or 23+. Check the organiser’s page for the exact event before anyone in your group buys a ticket. Bring the identification required by that venue.
Use the current ADE Festival programme to check artists and locations. Old venue lists and photographs are not confirmation that a club or museum is participating this year. Planning travel from our hostel
Our address is Warmoesstraat 87. Enter each event’s actual address in your route planner: a central hostel does not make every ADE location walkable. Two parties with similar start times may be on opposite sides of the city.
We suggest writing down the main event, doors time, any last-entry time and your return route for each night. Check live transport for the time you expect to travel, not only the journey there. Allow extra time for queues and avoid an itinerary that depends on leaving one venue and immediately entering another.
A realistic budget and packing plan
- Add up accommodation, individual tickets or your pass, transport, meals and any venue storage fees before committing to extra parties.
- Keep tickets accessible in the format the organiser requires. Charge your phone and check whether screenshots are accepted before relying on one.
- Bring hearing protection and suitable layers for waiting outside. Check each venue’s bag and locker rules rather than arriving with a suitcase.
- Agree a meeting point with friends if your group separates. Leave time for food and sleep between late events and daytime plans.
Staying at White Tulip during ADE
Our booking terms confirm 24-hour reception and no curfew. Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00. We hold beds for two hours after the arrival time you supplied, so tell us if your journey or event plans delay your arrival.
We do not offer luggage storage after check-out. Arrange another option before a departure-day event. Please keep noise down after 22:00 and return quietly so other guests can sleep.
