Standard check-in at our hostel starts at 14:00. Our reception is open 24 hours, but that does not guarantee access to a room before the standard check-in time. These details are listed in our official booking information.
Arriving before 14:00
Plan around the possibility that your room will not yet be ready. Early room access is not guaranteed. If you need to leave luggage before check-in, ask us about that separately before travelling: a staffed reception does not establish that pre-check-in storage is available.
Arriving late at night
Keep your reservation details available and contact us if your expected arrival changes. Give the reservation name, booking reference and revised arrival time so the booking is identifiable. Our Cloudbeds terms say beds are held for two hours after your stated arrival time and that you must contact us if delayed. Ask for confirmation of the revised arrangements; sending a message is not an unlimited extension.
Check the booking date carefully for an overnight arrival. For example, arriving at 01:00 on Tuesday is different from arriving for Tuesday’s 14:00 check-in. Confirm which booked night covers your arrival instead of assuming a daytime reservation includes the preceding night.
Planning the rest of your stay
Standard checkout is 10:00. Reception hours do not extend your room booking, and we do not provide luggage storage at checkout. Our arrival and departure guide sets out the full timeline so you can plan your transport and luggage together.

The older video refers to a 15:00 check-in. Use the current 14:00 time above. Reception being open 24 hours does not guarantee early room access, and any late-checkout arrangement must be confirmed separately.
