Our standard check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Reception is open 24 hours. These are separate arrangements: a staffed reception does not guarantee an early room or extend the time you can stay in it.
Your arrival and departure timeline

Arriving before your room is ready
For an early arrival, separate the question of entering the room from the question of leaving luggage. Neither follows automatically from our 24-hour reception. If your plans depend on either service, ask before travelling rather than assuming it is included.
Arriving after midnight
Check the date on your booking carefully. An arrival at 01:00 is before that day’s afternoon check-in, so confirm which booked night covers your arrival. Keep your reservation details available and tell us promptly if you are delayed. Our Cloudbeds terms say we hold beds for two hours after your stated arrival time and that you are responsible for contacting us if delayed. Ask us to confirm the revised arrangements.
Planning the day you leave
Our published conditions state that no luggage storage is available at checkout. If your transport leaves later, arrange another option for your bags. See our luggage information before planning a day of sightseeing after your stay.
If you need more time in the room, contact us to check whether a specific arrangement is possible and what it would cost. Do not treat a request as a confirmed extension.

Correction to the older video and brochure
The older video says 15:00 check-in and 11:00 checkout. The current times are 14:00 and 10:00. Its statement that common areas are always available after checkout is not a confirmed entitlement; ask reception about your plans.
