We do not offer luggage storage at checkout, so there is no after-checkout storage service to budget for at our hostel. Our published conditions state that luggage storage is not available at checkout. Older references to free storage until 19:00 or a €10 charge afterwards should not be used to plan your departure.
Is there a charge before check-in?
The confirmed checkout restriction does not answer whether we can store bags before check-in or what any arrangement would cost. If you arrive before our standard 14:00 check-in, contact us in advance with your arrival time and luggage details. Do not assume that pre-check-in storage is free or available.
What does the €5 padlock deposit cover?
Our lockers are free and described as backpack-sized. You can bring your own padlock or obtain one at reception for a €5 deposit. That deposit concerns the padlock, not a luggage-storage fee. It does not give you permission to leave bags after checkout.
Exact locker dimensions and whether a large suitcase fits are not confirmed in the published information used here. Check before arrival if your plans depend on fitting a particular bag.
Planning costs for departure day
Standard checkout is 10:00. If your onward journey leaves later, arrange an alternative for your bags and check that service’s current price, accepted bag sizes and collection deadline. See our luggage availability guide for the distinction between arrival and departure arrangements.
