How do you reach rooms on upper floors?
Our official room information, including the triple-room facilities page, lists upper floors as accessible by stairs only. A private room or an ensuite bathroom does not change that access arrangement.
The published room description does not give every measurement or the precise route for each reservation. Do not assume that a particular floor, room near reception or step-free alternative can be allocated without confirmation.
What should you ask before booking?
Tell us your travel dates, guest count and the access you require. You can describe your practical requirements without sharing a medical diagnosis. Ask about the route from the entrance to the room and bathroom, not just whether the room itself has enough space.
