Yes, we provide free bed linen for your bed. Our Cloudbeds terms also list free towels available from reception. You do not need to budget for the €2 towel rental stated in the old version of this article.
Do you need to bring your own bedding?
Bed linen is included, so you do not need to bring sheets simply because you are staying in a hostel. At check-in, ask our team about the linen arrangements for your assigned bed. If something is missing or you notice a problem, tell reception so we can check it.
Our published terms do not specify fabric composition, pillow filling or a complete item-by-item bedding inventory. If you need a particular material or item, contact us before travelling instead of assuming it will be available. The inclusion of linen does not establish a guaranteed hypoallergenic product.
Are towels included too?
Yes. Cloudbeds states that towels are free and available from reception. Ask the team for one when you need it; do not assume it will already be placed on your bed. The earlier video mentions towel rental, but our current published terms are the source for this article.
Read our updated towel information if you are planning what to pack. If you need a particular size or more than one towel, ask reception what is available rather than relying on an unspecified supply.
How often is linen changed during a stay?
We have not confirmed a fixed linen-change schedule in the published terms. For a longer stay, ask reception how replacements are arranged and when you should request them. We do not promise daily changes, automatic extra sets or a laundry service through this article.
If your linen becomes wet or needs attention, let the team know which bed you are using. Ask where used linen should go; do not take linen from another guest’s bed or assume that an unoccupied bed is available for supplies.
What if you have a bedding requirement?
Before booking, tell us which item or material you need us to check and your intended dates. You can ask about pillow or duvet materials without sharing a medical diagnosis. Wait for a specific answer if that detail is essential for your stay.
If you would prefer to use a sleeping bag or your own bedding, ask us first about the applicable house arrangements. Free linen does not establish permission for every alternative bedding setup or confirm space to store bulky bedding.
Does included linen change your room facilities?
No. Linen provision is separate from whether your booking is a dorm bed or a private room and whether the bathroom is shared. Review the room description and your confirmation for those details. Most room options have shared bathroom access; a private booking does not automatically include an ensuite.
Our terms list free backpack-sized lockers in rooms. Bring your own padlock or ask about the €5 padlock deposit. This is separate from the included linen and free towels.
Where can you check your stay and price?
Check available rooms and beds in our Cloudbeds booking page. Enter our confirmed code HOSTELAMSTERDAM and review the final price and conditions before paying. You do not need the code to establish the free linen and towel provisions stated in our general terms.
