We do not offer luggage storage at checkout. Standard checkout is 10:00, so plan to take your bags with you when your stay ends. If you need storage before check-in, contact us before travelling to confirm whether an arrangement is possible.
What luggage storage is available during your stay?
Our Cloudbeds conditions list free backpack-sized lockers in the rooms. These are for securing belongings during your stay; they are not confirmation of a separate luggage room or a place to leave bags after checkout.
You can bring your own padlock or obtain one at reception for a €5 deposit. We have not published exact locker dimensions in the information used for this guide. If you have a large suitcase or equipment that must fit, ask us before arrival rather than relying on the word “locker”.
Can you leave bags before check-in?
Standard check-in starts at 14:00. The restriction on checkout storage does not establish what is possible before check-in. Send us your reservation name, arrival date and time, number of bags and any unusually large items. Ask for confirmation of availability, any conditions and when you would need to collect them.
For example, if your train arrives at 09:00, do not assume you can leave your bags at the hostel for the five hours before standard check-in. Confirm an arrangement before planning activities that require you to be without your luggage. Reception being open 24 hours does not itself guarantee luggage storage or early room access.
What should you do with luggage after checkout?
Our published conditions explicitly say that luggage storage is not available at checkout. Do not plan to keep using a dorm locker after your stay has ended. Older references to storage until 19:00, with or without an additional fee, do not describe the current rule.
If your onward journey leaves later, arrange an alternative. Check the service’s opening hours, accepted bag sizes, total price and collection deadline.
