Will a towel already be in your room?
The confirmed information says towels are available from reception. It does not establish that one will be laid out on every bed before arrival. If you need a towel, ask at reception rather than assuming that none are provided because you did not find one in the room.
What should you pack?
If you prefer to use your own towel, you can include one in your luggage. Otherwise, the confirmed free-towel provision is useful when deciding what to bring. It does not establish an unlimited towel supply or a daily replacement service; ask reception if you need an extra towel or a specific exchange arrangement.
Does towel provision depend on having an ensuite?
Towels and bathroom type are separate details. Check the bathroom description of the room you book: a private bedroom does not necessarily include a private bathroom. Do not infer an ensuite from towel availability.
