Standard check-out at our hostel is 10:00. Plan to finish your stay and take your luggage with you by that time. Our published conditions also state that we do not offer luggage storage at checkout.
What if your transport leaves later?
A later train or flight does not extend your room booking. For example, if you check out in the morning and travel in the evening, make a separate plan for your bags before spending the day in Amsterdam. Do not rely on older descriptions of free hostel storage until 19:00 or a €10 charge afterwards.

Can you arrange a later checkout?
Contact us before making plans around a later departure from the room. Ask whether an arrangement is available for your booking and what the full charge and agreed departure time would be. Do not assume that a late-checkout option is included in your reservation.
Our reception is open 24 hours, but those hours describe reception access rather than how long you can keep a room. The standard 10:00 checkout still applies unless a different arrangement has been confirmed for your stay.

Correction to the older video and brochure
Use the 10:00 checkout time in our current Cloudbeds conditions. Older media referring to 11:00 or luggage storage after checkout do not reflect the current information. Confirm any late-checkout arrangement directly with us before relying on it.
